This very special gathering of artists from the region happens each year at July Fest.

Everyone has a opportunity to learn, create and buy art from local artists and those that come to Binghamton each year.

Please note, due to the City of Binghamton’s Court Street Gateway Project that will improve the street and sidewalk, we will not have access to the Court House Square for 2011.

The “Artists In Action” area will be in a tented community on Gorgeous Washington Street and at the Metro Center Court.
